ROSA Program

ROSA is a therapeutic counselling program that collaborates with children, young people, and caregivers to enhance their strengths and develop solutions to promote emotional wellbeing and safety. ROSA aims to support healing from the effects of abuse and neglect and the age range the program works with is 6-18 years (children must have commenced primary school). Individual case exceptions due to extenuating circumstances may occur and assessed by the Program Manager.

Referral Process

The Rosa program works with families where the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs are currently involved. Referral to the program by the young person’s Child Safety Officer is needed.

Fees

This program is funded by Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs and there is no fee for accessing this service.
