THE NQ FAMILY LAW PATHWAYS NETWORK PRESENTS DR SAM HARDY "CONFLICT COACHING IN A POST SEPARATION CONTEXT"
Conflict Coaching involves a conflict management specialist providing one-on-one support to a person enabling them to constructively deal with conflict. This support may by provided in relation to a specific conflict or to assist the client to develop their conflict management skills more generally. Sam will adapt the training to suit a post-separation context.
This workshop will be very relevant to legal practitioners, social workers and mediators.
About the speaker:
Sam has been described as both a practical thinker and a thinking practitioner. Sam has advanced
postgraduate qualifications including a PhD in conflict resolution as well as many years of international
experience as a conflict resolution practitioner. In addition to offering conflict coaching and mediation services,
Sam is also a well-known trainer, university educator and writer in the field of conflict management and
resolution. Sam has been mediating and conflict coaching since 1997. She practices primarily in the workplace
context, and in the university sector. She is an experienced conflict coach and the founder of the REAL Conflict
Coaching System. Sam has a range of postgraduate qualifications in law, conflict resolution and teaching.
