Workshop: Domestic & Family Violence In Separating and Separated Families

The NQ Family Law Pathways Network presents a two-day workshop with Jon Graham; 'Domestic and Family Violence In Separating And Separated Families.'
The event will be held at Seagulls Resort over two days, Tuesday 5 March and Wednesday 6 March 2019.
Day 1:
Domestic and Family Violence and the diversity of presentations;
Domestic and Family Violence and the diversity of presentations;
Supporting parents to understand the impact of Domestic and Family Violence on children;
Overview on principles underpinning effective responses for perpetrators.
Day 2:
Workable parenting agreements in the context of Domestic & Family Violence;
Workable parenting agreements in the context of Domestic & Family Violence;
Safety planning as an integral part of managing cases;
Coordinating multi-agency and cross-discipline responses to reduce risk.
About The Speaker:
Jon Graham
LLB BA (Psych) Grad Dip FDR (Australia)
Jon Graham is a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (Family Mediator) based in Sydney, Australia. Jon has qualifications in law, psychology and commerce as well as post-graduate qualifications in Family Mediation. Jon combines over 30 years of clinical experience with families affected by separation and divorce with a substantial training calendar across Australia and North America. Jon is the Clinical Director of the Institute of Specialist Dispute Resolution, a provider of tailored family dispute resolution processes for families presenting with complex issues. The Institute also provides training and clinical supervision for mediators across Australia.
