Marriage Preparation

Centacare Life Skills courses aim to enhance individual quality of life for men, women and children, and strengthen family relationships.

• All of our courses are developed to be culturally appropriate.

• Requests from your school, workplace, community group or club are welcome.

Marriage Preparation Course

• For couples preparing for marriage, courses include both group and individual components
• This course provides an opportunity for you to look at your relationship in a relaxed and confidential setting.
• Centacare's Marriage Preparation course is a discussion starter, not a test or a predictor

Eligibility to access service

You do not need a referral to access this program.  Self referral is essential.

Professionalism

At Centacare each group facilitator has either tertiary qualifications in the social sciences field and / or relevant experience in facilitating programs in the welfare sector.

Workers are ethically bound to refer clients whose issues are outside their area of expertise or where the issues do not fit within the guidelines of our service.

Confidentiality

Intervention is confidential within the limits of legal and professional boundaries. This can be clarified with your worker if you are unsure as to what this means for you.

Fees 

$165 per course (two group sessions and an individual follow up).
